How can I access and manage my funds?
You can access and manage your funds by logging into your e-wallet account. Once logged in, you can choose from the menu options what you would like to do such as bills payment, withdraw funds, request for funds, etc.
How can I withdraw funds from my RCF account?
To withdraw funds from your RCF account, login to your RCF wallet, select ‘Withdraw Funds’, you can choose either Fund Transfer or Payment to your selected bank. Provide your bank account details to complete the withdrawal.
Is there a limit to the amount that I can withdraw?
Yes, there is a limit of Php20,000 which is the maximum transfer/withdrawal amount in a day or a total of Php100,000 in a month. The limit was automatically set when you created your account. What if the funds were not transferred to my bank account?
If the funds were not transferred to your bank account, email us at support@rightchoicefinance.ph with a screenshot of your bank account details showing that funds were not credited on the date of transaction. We will investigate this immediately and give you a feedback within 24 to 48hrs.

When will the requestor receive funds?
The funds will be credited instantly once the person you sent the request to confirms the transaction. The requestor will be notified via email once the funds have been successfully transferred.
How can I pay my bills?
You can instantly pay your bills by clicking ‘Bills Payment’ once you’re logged in to your RCF wallet. Select the recipient from the drop-down menu, then indicate your reference number, include a memo or transaction notes (if any) and the amount then send.
Is there a daily minimum or maximum amount I can transfer?
There is a maximum amount for RCF to RCF transfers amounting to Php20,000 per transaction. The minimum amount for eGC transfers you can send is Php500 and the maximum is Php10,000 per transaction.
